Orthopaedic department has committed to provide the best service in the town through continual improvement of our systems, processes, technology and through the employment of dedicated and competent professionals with academic slant. Department has state-of-the art facilities to provide excellent patient care. We are able to cater to all the subspecialty work of orthopaedics. The department has been doing quality work like basic and complex trauma surgeries, arthroscopy, arthroplasty, spine and Illizarov cases. We routinely conduct CMEs, workshops and courses. Undergraduate teaching is going on as per university rules and MCI norms. The postgraduate teaching consists of regular clinics, seminars, journal clubs, mortality meets, interdepartmental meets and audits. Staff members are actively involved in teaching, guiding, orienting and mentoring the students. Our department has initiated many research projects involving our post graduate students
