The department of Surgery is one of the main clinical departments of the hospital and is functioning since the inception of RUHS-CMS and progressing continuously. The department at present has 7 faculty members, 4 senior residents and 2 postgraduate students. The Department has 3 units which provide out-patient services, elective and emergency surgical services and diagnostic services.
